Boijmans-van Beuningen Museum

Yes... the day has come when I voluntarily decided to go to a museum. And guess what!!! I loved it. They had this crazy exhibit i'll mention later... and also a Rambrant Exhibit. Rambrant was Dutch and since it is his 40o's birthday this year, the Netherlands is going out of it's way to celebrate his art and his influence. I even got a "MUSEUM KAART" for 30 euro so that i can attend any museum in the Netherlands ( over 600). I'll be happy if i visit 3-4 more :)


This is the entrance to the museum. Now tell me if i'm crazy, but doesn't this statue look like a black santa clause holding a ... ? humm, yea must be me.

These are some paintings that caught my eye. The first one is by a russian guy named Wassily Kadinsky. And the second painting just reminded me of my brother so i couldn't resist! LoL (KIDDING!)

And this is that crazy exhibit said i'd mention later. All over the museum they had rooms filled with blobs on the floor that SURPRISINGLY no one stepped in! and whatever you're thinking... these globs aren't it. IT IS CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!!!!!! and smelled delicious.

No i didn't pick at it... but i did consider it :)
