RSM Erasmus University

So the first week of school is over. I can't say i'm tired though. Ok you are all about to hate me. School here is EASY! ( i hope i didn't jinx anything) My classes are Monday through Wednesday. 2 classes on Monday and one class a day tue and wed. The lecture halls are smaller than at USC and the seats are very uncomfortable... but that doesn't matter, because people don't go to lectures! And if they do, they just talk in class during the entire lecture. Teachers dont comment. So if you come to class you can't hear anything anyway. So why bother? ( but yes i will be going to class... and will attempt to listen)

My classes seem pretty intersting though. I'm taking this Organization and Management course which is similar to the class I already took at USC and I liked that class. I'm also taking a Human Resource Management class which will be my profession, a Business Law class and an International Investment and Trade class. So I'll be studying a lot on my own. That's basically how they do it here. They ditch out lectures and just read the book on their own then cram 2 weeks before finals and pass each course.

This is the T building... the most modern building on campus.

The craziest thing happened during my first Business Law class. 15 minutes into the lecture, my professor got sick and threw up. She grabed a bag out of her backpack and let it out. So disgusting. I feel so sorry for her. She turned pale and looked like she was about to pass out. And it happened infront of an entire room full of students. Ofcourse they canceled class.

So here I am...

We'll see where it takes me.

The building on the picture is not T building, it is the H building (check http://www.eur.nl/english/eur/campus_facilities/maps/map_woudestein/ ). But you are correct; T is the most modern one.
